ALACOR is both a Property Investor and Developer. We are a strategic long-term investor in the Ukrainian real estate market.

Despite of the international financial crises ALACOR continues to develop its real estate projects.

Construction of Alacor Business Park City (73 000 sqm) is progressing successfully, also in August 2008 we have started construction works of Logistic Park Krushinka (135 000 sqm) and proceeding this project as well.

ALACOR is financing the projects from its equity and has not involved bank loans, so the banking crisis did not impact our activities and allows us to strengthen our position on the market and benefit from the current situation. More...
