• Develop a Fashion Outlet chain in Ukraine (1 in Kiev and 3 outlets in biggest cities)

• Develop at least 3 other shopping center in Kiev (strong tenants demand)

• Develop Shopping centers in 4-5 biggest cities in Ukraine (identified best plots in Odessa, Kharkov, Lviv, Nikolaev, Dnepropetrovsk)

• Another interesting for us sector in Kiev - small Office Centers (8-15,00sqm) in good locations, Class B(B+)
