EMPEX exhibition took place on the 26-28th June, 2006, in London. It attracted participation of developers, financial institutions, investors, and other key real estate market players. EMPEX Exhibition presented 16 CEE emerging property markets to investors.

EuropaProperty.com hosted its second "Time to Invest" commercial real estate conference in Kiev on 19-20 April 2006 at the Radisson SAS hotel, Kiev. Panel discussion and presentations covered project finance, project management, office, retail, warehouse, residential, hotel, infrastructure, investment opportunities, legal land tax issues, current political and economic situation. Panellists and speakers were a mix of international and local real estate professionals.
